Kieran & Alyssa – Anchorage Port Stephens Wedding

Tell us a little about yourselves?: Kieran works as a sub contractor to Foxtel and I works from home currently for Revenue NSW in the Land Tax Department. We both live a very active lifestyles which includes going to the gym five days per week and always going on walks together. We both met when I moved house and needed my Foxtel connected. Kieran was the Foxtel technician that arrived. We had an instant connection and caught up for dinner later on that week..

How did he/she propose?: We were going on one of our usual walks along the rocks around Terrigal Haven, it was blocked off the day we went which worked out perfectly for Kieran as no one was walking around there. I was looking out at the water and he eventually lured me in under the cliff and got down on one knee and proposed. We spent some time there taking in the moment and emotions. We wrote engaged and the date in the rocks and took some photos. We are looking forward to going back to this special spot for our pre wedding shoot.

What did you learn about each other prior to your Anchorage Port Stephens Wedding?: Kieran learnt that Alyssa is very adventurous, present and always has a positive outlook on life. I learnt that Kieran loves a routine, he is very stable, grounded and a calm natured person. Nothing is ever too stressful for him.

Can you tell us about the vision you have for your Anchorage Port Stephens Wedding?: As a new couple, Kieran and I had our first weekend away together at The Anchorage, so we felt because it was significant to us, it was also the perfect place to get married. We also both love the water and the fact we could have a ceremony and reception in the one location. We want it to be traditional with a coastal vibe that oozes elegance and simplicity. In terms of a colour palette, we are planning to have white, light mint and black colours. We think these will really compliment each other and our Anchorage Port Stephens Wedding.
